Prospective Foster Parents must meet the following requirements:

• Provide a stable, nurturing home environment
• Own or lease a reliable vehicle and be willing to transport to appointments
• Work with a team of professionals in caring for the child
• Own a cell phone for emergency purposes
• Obtain a background clearance for every adult in the home.
• Reside in recruitment areas of Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Hayward or San Leandro.
